A Quick Start Service Package will typically include an online meeting for up to 2 hours for needs analysis and planning, documentation of the findings and the plan, followed by customizing Zoho, importing the data (Accounts. Contacts and notes), develop up to 5 email templates or reports, setup Outlook or Gmail to interface with Zoho, and initial user training for up to 2 hrs.
